How books are printed
Every hardcover is printed to order by our print partner. Printing takes 4 business days.
When you buy the hardcover together with the digital book, it goes to print three days after your book is ready, so you can read it and change anything first. You can also send it to print sooner. Close to a holiday’s last order day it goes to print earlier, so it can still arrive in time.
Delivery
After printing, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Faster options, where available for your address, are shown at checkout with their price and delivery time.
In time for Christmas: with standard shipping, order your hardcover by December 9.
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by production capacity, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or address errors unless applicable law says otherwise.
Shipping costs
Shipping is priced at checkout from our print partner’s live quote for your address, and you see it before you pay.
United States: standard shipping costs at most $5.95.
Returns and refunds
Every hardcover is made for your family, so except where the law requires otherwise, a printed book can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded once it has gone to print.
If something goes wrong because of a technical issue, failed generation, damaged print, or fulfillment problem, contact hi@tinytellerai.com. We will review the issue and decide whether a retry, replacement, credit, refund, or other support response is appropriate.
