Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TinyTeller AI, including our website, account features, story creation tools, generated content, digital previews, checkout, print ordering, and related support.

By using TinyTeller AI, creating an account, uploading content, generating a book, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TinyTeller AI is intended for adults. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location, and you must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

If you create a book about or for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or that you have the parent's or guardian's permission to provide the child's name, likeness, story details, photos, and other information.

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your email account, magic links, and third-party sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree to provide accurate checkout, shipping, and contact information. We may use your account email for sign-in, receipts, order updates, support, and important service notices.

TinyTeller AI lets you upload reference photos, answer story prompts, create character references, generate story text and illustrations, edit parts of a story, preview a digital book, and order custom printed books.

AI-generated content can be surprising, imperfect, inconsistent, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing names, likenesses, text, illustrations, spelling, addresses, quantities, and product selections before using a book or placing an order.

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos, names, notes, prompts, story answers, edits, and other content you submit to TinyTeller AI.

You give TinyTeller AI permission to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, create derivative works from, and share your content with service providers as needed to provide the service, generate and edit books, make previews and print files, fulfill orders, provide support, maintain safety, and comply with law.

You promise that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you submit, including permission from any person shown in a photo and permission from a parent or guardian for child-related information.

You agree not to use TinyTeller AI to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• upload photos, names, or personal details without the required rights, consent, or authority;
• create abusive, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content;
• create or request sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers children;
• impersonate someone, misrepresent generated content as a real event, or create misleading uses of a person's likeness;
• interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass, or misuse the service or its security controls; or
• use TinyTeller AI outputs for unlawful, high-risk, or professional advice purposes.

We may refuse, remove, limit, suspend, or report content or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, law, safety requirements, provider policies, or the rights of others.

Subject to these Terms and your payment obligations, you may use the completed books generated for your account for personal, family, gift, and non-commercial uses.

TinyTeller AI owns the service, software, brand, templates, product designs, user interface, systems, and non-user content we provide. You may not copy, resell, publish, or commercialize TinyTeller AI templates, product designs, or generated books as a competing product without our written permission.

AI outputs may not be unique to you. Similar prompts, templates, or generation settings may produce similar text, characters, illustrations, or layouts for other users.

Prices, currencies, product options, shipping options, taxes, discounts, and credits are shown during the purchase flow. Payments are processed through Stripe, and your payment may be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Digital story slots, refinements, credits, generated previews, and printed books are personalized or custom-made. Except where required by law, custom digital purchases are generally not refundable once generation starts or the output is delivered, and printed book orders are generally not cancellable or refundable once submitted to print production.

If something goes wrong because of a technical issue, failed generation, damaged print, or fulfillment problem, contact hi@tinytellerai.com. We will review the issue and decide whether a retry, replacement, credit, refund, or other support response is appropriate.

Printed books are produced and shipped by print fulfillment partners. To fulfill an order, we may create print-ready PDFs and share your order items, shipping address, phone number, email, files, shipping selection, and related metadata with fulfillment and shipping providers.

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by production capacity, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or address errors unless applicable law says otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information. By using TinyTeller AI, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.

We may change, pause, discontinue, or limit features, templates, models, prices, credits, products, shipping regions, providers, and account functionality. We may also perform maintenance or experience outages. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

TinyTeller AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not guarantee that generated text or images will match a person, photo, prompt, expectation, print color, or layout exactly. Always review the full book before purchase or printing.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TinyTeller AI and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to TinyTeller AI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to TinyTeller AI for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or 100 USD.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TinyTeller AI harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using TinyTeller AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for TinyTeller AI or others, failed to pay, misused the service, or used the service in a way that creates legal, safety, security, or operational concerns.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country, state, or region. Some exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms as TinyTeller AI changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating this page, sending email, or showing an in-app notice.
